Interventions

Intervention1: microsurgical interdental papilla augmentation using modified Han and Takei technique with A-PRF: This process is done using surgical microscope or loupes with 3-4 times magnification.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 18 years and above who is willing to participate and comply with followup 2.Individuals havung atleast one Nordlands and Tarnows class 1 or class 2 open gingival or cervical embrasures in maxillary anterior region 3.Selected teeth must be free of restorations (buccal or proximal region)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Smokers and tobacco users 2.Pregnant or lactating women 3.History of periodontal surgery in the site within 6 months 4.Systemic diseases or medications affecting healing 5.Severely malpositioned teeth affecting papillary architecture
