Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Overhead athletes with subacromial impingement syndrome. Athletes able to comprehend English or local language for assessment and instruction. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent. Positive Neer s Test, Hawkin s Sign for screening and Jobe s Test for conformation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of shoulder surgery or fractures in the past 12 months. Full thickness rotator cuff tears or other major shoulder pathologies. Neurological disorders affecting the upper limb. Systemic inflammatory conditions e.g. rheumatoid arthritis.

Balance is assessed using Upper Quarter Y Balance Test, Shoulder mobility by FMS shoulder mobility, Muscle strength by measured with DAVID with G460 & G640 which is an Isometric Strength testing devices, Pain by NPRS.Timepoint: every week for 6 weeks.
