Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient presenting with complaints of 2nd degree Arsh 2. Age group 18-60 years. 3. Patient fit for local anaesthesia. 4. Control DMT2 and Hypertension. 5. No any co-morbidities. Irrespective of Region, Education And Socioeconomic Status, were included in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with other systemic illness like 1. Patient presenting with complaints of 3rd and 4th degree Arsh. 2. Age group below18- above 60 years. 3. Patient sensitive for local anaesthetic drugs. 4. Uncontrol DMT2 and Hypertension. 5. Malignancy 6. Hepatitis B 7. HIV Infected Person 8. Known case of Tuberculosis 9. Pregnant women
