Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients irrespective of gender, patients with age between 20 years upto 60 years, Patients with elevated serum uric acid levels upto 6 to 10 mg/dl, CRP level above 6 mg/L,Signs and symptoms of Vatarakta like parvasandhi shool (pain in distal phalenges),parvasandhi shoth(swelling) todavat vedana(pricking pain), sparsh asahtva (tenderness),raga(redness),dah(burning sensation)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other major illness like diabetes mellitus, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, hypertension, HIV, cancer, chronic kidney disease Patients with serum uric acid level above 10 mg/dl will be excluded, those patients who are not willing to give consent, Pregnant women and lactating womens, patients with age below 20 years and age above 60 years are excluded
