Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Volunteers with age group 25 to 60 years of age. -Working in night shifts of hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Night shift workers suffering with sleep disorder such as 1. Narcolepsy 2. Sleep apnea 3. Parasomnia 4. Hypersomnia 5. Non-24-hour sleep wake disorder and taking other medications for these disorders. -Volunteers having any skin disorder of scalp, hairs.
