Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group 20 - 60yrs. 2. Irrespective of Gender 3. Patient presenting with clinical sign and symptoms specific with Toda and Sthabdhata in vatrakta in relation to Parvasandhi. 4. Patients having serum uric acid level more than 6mg/dl in male and more than 5mg/ dl in female with or without any associate features like joint pain and inflammation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Known case of Amavata, Sandhigatvata , SLE. 2. Patient on chronic use of NSAIDS and steroidal inflammatory drugs. 3. Pregnancy, Lactating mothers. 4. Patients prediagnosed with autoimmune diseases of joint. 5. Patients with severe toxicity, ulceration, progressive gangrenous changes, and suffering from diseases of immunological basis.
