Interventions

Intervention1: pericapsular nerve group (PENG) block: using 23gauge spinal needle, 20ml of Inj 0.375% ropivacaine will be administered at the pericapsule of the affected femur using ultrasound guidanc

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with unilateral femur fracture

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant females Polytrauma p[atients Neurovascular deficit of affected limb GCS less than 15
