Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with non-cardiac chest pain by cardiologist, NPRS range greater than 5, patients with persistent recurrence and increasing chest pain reproduced when palpating the areas of the chest, intercoastal and back muscles, participants who are willing to participate and comply with the study needs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with post cardiac injury syndrome,individuals with history of PTCA and CABG (less than 12 months),individuals with rib fractures (less than 12 months),individuals who have previously undergone any session of deep tissue release, or MFR for the same ailment, pregnancy
