Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: primary dysmenorrhea, regular menstrual cycle, no diagnosed pelvic pathology, no prior experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: secondary dysmenorrhea, chronic illnesses, current pregnancy, use of hormonal contraceptives, participation in other mind body intervention
