Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have signed written informed consent form 2.Age 20 to 60yrs 3.Blood Sugar Level i.Fasting sugar greater than 125mg/dl and less than or equal to 250mg/dl ii.Post Prandial sugar greater than 150mg/dl and less than 350mg/dl iii.Glycosylated Hemoglobin HbA1C greter than 6.5% and less than10%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients below 20 yrs and above 60yrs 2.Patients with type1 Diabetes Mellitus 3. Malignant conditions and accelerated hypertensive, patients. 4.Patients with systemic diseases 5.Patients with known complications 6.All patients having acute complications like Hyperglycemic Hypoglycaemia coma Ketoacidosis Infections like gangrene Cellulitis. 7.Immunocompromised patients. 8.Medicolegal case patient
