Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II, undergoing elective urologic surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coagulopathy, allergy to local anaesthetics, severe cardiac, respiratory, hepatic or renal disease

MeasureTime frame
Incidence and intensity of shiveringTimepoint: From administration of spinal anaesthesia until 120 minutes intraoperatively or end of surgery, whichever occurs erlier.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To compare incidence of adverse effects like nausea, vomiting, hypotension, hypothermia, sedation.Timepoint: Intraoperative till 2 hours postoperative
