Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Numerical Pain Rating Scale score of more than 3 and less than 6 2. Neck Disability Index Score more than 10 (Scale 0-100) 3. Neck pain more than three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neck injury 2. History of neck or upper back surgery 3. Radiating Pain 4. Acute pain and inflammation 5. Spasmodic torticollis 6. Inflammatory rheumatic diseases 7. Ankylosing Spondylitis 8. Diagnosed case of respiratory disorders 9. Pregnancy 10. Specific Neck pain
