Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1. Diagnostic performance of individual clinical predictors (Modified Mallampati score, upper lip bite test, thyromental distance) in identifying difficult airway. 2. Diagnostic performance of individual POCUS parameters (hyomental distance ratio, skin to epiglottis distance, tongue thickness, ratio of pre-epiglottic space to epiglottis distance at vocal cords) in identifying difficult airway. 3. Comparison of predictive value between: Clinical assessment alone, POCUS parameters alone, & Combined clinical + POCUS scoring system. 4. Determination of optimal cut-off values for POCUS parameters via ROC curve analysis for predicting difficult airway.Timepoint: At baseline - in the immediate postoperative period | — |
