Prevalence of Vitamin B12 deficiency among patients presenting with diffuse hair fall.Timepoint: Baseline at the time of patient recruitment when blood samples were collected for serum Vitamin D3 (25-OH Vitamin D) and Vitamin B12 estimation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Association between Vitamin D3 levels and gender Association between Vitamin B12 levels and sociodemographic variables Relationship of vitamin levels with diet, religion, socioeconomic statusTimepoint: At baseline (same time when blood samples were taken and demographic data were recorded).
