Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both genders enrolled in University with iliopsoas tightness PEFM measurement with less than 300L/min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Respiratory distress Lumbar radiculopathy& PIVD Recent abdominal surgeries Spinal surgeries History of smoking
