Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects fulfilling the Diagnostic criteria 2. Age between 16-35 years 3. Regular menstrual cycle 4. Willing to sign the informed written consent form.(Guardian consent if age less than 18 years)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Known cases of HIV, HBsAg, VDRL 2. Subjects with IUCD 3. Secondary dysmenorrhoea 4. Known cases of Diabetes and Hypertensive disorders, Cardiac disorders

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1.Reduction in pain intensity during menstruation. [As assessed by WaLLID Scores before and after treatment.] Timepoint: 90 Days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1. Duration of pain relief during the treatment and post-treatment cycles. 2. Reduction in associated symptoms (e.g., nausea, headache, backache, fatigue, mood disturbances). 3. Improvement in quality of life, assessed using a validated Menstrual Distress Questionnaire (MDQ) or similar tool. 4. Changes in the pattern of menstruation, if any (flow, duration, regularity). 5. Patient s overall satisfaction with the treatment (using a Likert scale or Global Assessment Score). 6. Safety and tolerability of the drug based on reported adverse events or lab parameters if used. Timepoint: 90 Days
