Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI (25.0-29.9 Kg/m2) Females age(40-60 years) Modified Borg Dyspnea scale(3 or more) PHQ-9 Score (10-14)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other chronic respiratory conditions and ashtma Diabetic patients Neurological conditions(MS, GBS,Stroke) Acute respiratory infections Concurrent treatment
