Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Undergraduate Healthcare Students in the Selected Healthcare Institution. 2. Enrolled healthcare students who are present at the time of data collection.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of diagnosed chronic gastrointestinal illness and disorders with longtime prescribed medications more than 4 weeks.
