Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Male Patients between the age group 18-60 years. 2. Patient having sperm count more than 5 million/ml and less than 16 million/ml. 3. Sperm motility less than 40% 4. Patients those who will give written consent. 5. Patients ready to discontinue ongoing treatment, if any. 6. Patient underwent at least 2-week washout period before intervention.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below 18 years and over 60 years of age. 2. Patients having azoospermia on laboratory diagnosis. 3. Patients of known cases of genetic abnormalities like Klinefelter s Syndrome. 4. Patients diagnosed with any Uro-genital infection. 5. Patients having prolonged exposure to heat or continuous friction. 6. Patients who are currently taking antidepressant medications. 7. Patients diagnosed with structural anomalies like Hydrocele, Varicocele, Carcinoma of testis, Undescended testis, Epispadias, Hypospadias. 8. Patient having a past history of mumps. 9. Patients having a history of trauma like Urethral injury/genital injury, acquired blockage in vas deferens & epididymis (infection/surgical), and testicular torsion. 10. Patient with history of uncontrolled Diabetes mellitus and Hypertension. 11. Patient with history of systemic disorders like Renal disease, Liver disease, and Cardiac disease(s). 12. Patient having history of any STDs, HIV and Hepatitis B infections.
