Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female patients aged between 18-50 years with erythema after acne

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of drug allergies in previous use 2.Pregnancy and lactation 3.Patients using medications which have drug interactions with Tranexamic Acid. 4.Patients who have been treated orally and topically with retinoid drugs over the past month.
