Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.The age group between the 18-50 year. 2.Presence of teeth sensitivity sensitive to cold, hot, osmotic changes. 3.Minimum number of affected teeth one or more teeth showing symptoms. 4.Response to pain scale should be more than 5.Absence of any systemic disease. 6.No sign of gingival or periodontal disease. 7.Teeth must be free from restoration / carries / pulp involvement.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of systemic disease 2.Taking any pain medication. 3.Cracked teeth , pulpal or periapical pathology. 4.Smoking / tobacco / alcoholism. 5.Poor oral hygiene. 6.Recent dental treatment.

Primary outcome of the study is to evaluate the comparative efficacy of Trivrutta (Trivritta) Kalka Siddha Ghrita and Dashmool Kwath Kaval in the management of Dantaharsha by assessing the reduction in tooth sensitivity (pain) using a standardized pain sensitivity scale over a period of 30 days.Timepoint: Baseline (Day 0), Mid-treatment (Day 15), and End of treatment (Day 30) assessments were done to evaluate changes in Dantaharsha symptoms and compare the efficacy of Trivrutta Kalka Siddha Ghrita and Dashmool Kwath Kaval.—

Secondary outcomes included assessment of improvement in associated symptoms such as gingival health, oral discomfort, burning sensation, and overall patient satisfaction. Safety and tolerability of Trivrutta Kalka Siddha Ghrita and Dashmool Kwath Kaval were also planned to be evaluated, though the clinical trial is yet to be conducted.Timepoint: Assessments are planned at Baseline (Day 0), Mid-treatment (Day 15), and End of treatment (Day 30) to evaluate changes in Dantaharsha symptoms and compare the efficacy of both interventions. The clinical trial has not yet been conducted.—
