Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 40 70 years Sex Both sex Known case of Diabetes mellitus Patients were randomly selected irrespective of sex occupation casts etc The clinically diagnosed patients of Avabahuka Diabetic frozen shoulder

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Autoimmune disease like SLE RA Congenital anomalies &other systemic disease Prolonged shoulder immobility due to Trauma Overuse injury Surgery Systemic disease as Hyperthyroidism Hypothyroidism Cardiovascular disease Parkinson s disease Patient with any disorder other than which interfere the line of treatment of Avabahuka.
