Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed case of uncomplicated vitiligo either segmental or generalized involving both of sex were registered 2. Patients having age between 16 to 60 years 3. Patients with chronicity of less than 10 years 4. Lesion with positive wood s lamp test 5. Presence of Dushi/Gara Visha as an etiology (By Questionnaire) 6. Assessment criteriya for surface area mild and moderate 7. Assessment criteriya for number of patches mild and moderate
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Chronicity more than 10 years 2. Vitiligo patient associated with other disease like hypothyroidism Anemia diabetes hypertension tuberculosis RA SLE etc 3. Vitiligo patches that rapidly spread and become associated with redness blister formation and itching during therapy or as such 4. Patches due to burning, chemical (Deodrant, perfume and any beauty products etc..) 5. Gravid and lactating women 6. Lesion at Guhyanga (genital organ), Pani-padatala (palms and soles) Oshtha (lips) Ekanga (involving an entire organ) Sarvanga (generalized lesion) 7. Uncooperative patients
