Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: a. Patients between the ages of 18 and 65 years. b. Size of the urinary stone ranging from 3mm to 10 mm. c. Confirmed diagnosis of renal calculi through ultrasound. d. Both unilateral and bilateral cases of renal calculi will be considered. e. Patients willing to adhere to general lifestyle modifications related to diet and fluid intake during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: a. Severe or advanced cases requiring surgical procedures or orthopaedic corrections of deformities b. Patients with psychiatric diseases c. Cases suffering from uncontrolled systemic illness or life-threatening infections or any other vital organ failure. d. Cases impacted or with stag horn calculi and cases with severe hydronephrosis as per ultrasound findings. e. Gross developmental or structural abnormalities of urinary system (like urethral stricture) f. Substance abuse and or dependence g. Pregnancy, lactation, and women of child bearing potential and not practicing a reliable method of birth control. h. Participants undergoing homoeopathic treatment for any other chronic disease for last 6 months i. Simultaneous participation in any other clinical trial.
