Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Women in the postpartum period up to 6 months after delivery to capture ergonomic behaviour and challenges during the active caregiving phase. Age range: 20 40 years. Delivered a live birth either normal or cesarean delivery. Physically and mentally stable to understand and respond to the questionnaire. Able to read and comprehend the language of the questionnaire English or local language version, Willing to give informed consent and voluntarily participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Women with severe postnatal complications e.g. postpartum hemorrhage, infection, or severe hypertension. History of neurological or musculoskeletal disorders before or during pregnancy e.g. slipped disc, rheumatoid arthritis, peripheral neuropathy. Women with diagnosed postpartum depression or major psychiatric illness that may affect comprehension or participation. Women currently undergoing physiotherapy or ergonomic intervention programs, as this may influence their ergonomic knowledge or practices.
