Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 30 To 50 years Diagnosed with Stage1 essential hypertension (Sistolic blood pressure is greater than or equal to 140 mmHg or Diastolic blood pressure greater than or equal to 90 mmHg) Stable patients willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Secondary hypertension 2)Known cardiovascular disease 3)Pregnant or lactating women 4)Regular practitioners of yoga
