Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stage 1: Inclusion Criteria 1.Pediatric oncologists, pediatrician and PPC team members willing to participate 2.Parent of children or children with advanced cancer able to read and understand the appropriate language (English/Hindi) Stage 2 : Inclusion Criteria 1.Patient diagnosed with advanced malignancy. 2.Patients Referred to Pediatric Palliative Care (PPC) 3.Age up to 18 years of age. 4.Access to smartphone and internet

1.Determine the number of Children who filled out the symptom assessment form measured by descriptive statistics.Timepoint: Time Point 1: Initial assessment (when the first form is filled out). Time Point 2: 1 month after pilot launch (during the 2-month testing phase). Time Point 3: 2 months after pilot launch (end of pilot phase).;2.To analyze the number of times the symptom assessment forms have been filled.Timepoint: Time Point 1: First form submission (baseline). Time Point 2: 1 month after pilot testing begins (to monitor ongoing form completions). Time Point 3: 2 months after pilot testing begins (final number of forms completed by the end of the pilot phase).;3.To Monitor Emergency Contact call trends.Timepoint: Bi-weekly for 2 months after app use begins.;4.To track engagement with educational Materials.Timepoint: Time point 1 : Immediately after the educational content is made available on the app. Time point 2 : 1 month after pilot testing begins (measuring continued engagement) Time Point 3 :2 months after pilot testing begins( final measure of engagement during the 2 month period);5.Number of Children who filled out the symptom assessment form.Timepoint: End of 2 months after enrollment.
