Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged above 18 years 2. Both males and females 3. ASA 1 to 2 patients. 4. Undergoing elective arthroscopic knee surgery under spinal anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to consent 2. Coaguloapthy 3. Patient from whom its difficult to record study outcomes 4. Severe comorbidities (American Society of Anaesthesiologist Physical Grade IV)
