Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: BMI between 25 and 35 kg/m Age between 18 and 60 years 3. Presence of at least three of the following classical signs and symptoms described in Ayurvedic literature Javoparodha Daurbalya Daurgandhya Swedabadha Kshudhatimatra Atipipasa Both male and female participants, willing to participate and able to provide written informed consent. Individuals from any socioeconomic background.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of critical illness or life-threatening medical conditions. Refusal or unwillingness to participate in the study. Pregnant or lactating women. Presence of systemic disorders such as coronary heart disease (CHD), PCOD, hypothyroidism acute infective hepatitis, or other major illnesses
