Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged 18 years and above 2. People who are mentally competent 3. Those who know Kannada, English and Malayalam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are admitted in the hospital 2. Prior organ donors or recipients (or family members directly involved in donation) 3. Healthcare professionals and students of health sciences
