Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 18 to 25 years. Participants with neck pain duration of more than 3 months. Participants using a smartphone for more than 1 year. Participants with daily smartphone usage of 3 to 4 hours or more. Participants with moderate neck pain defined as a score between 45 and 74 millimeters on the Visual Analogue Scale. Participants demonstrating more than 15 degrees of neck flexion while using a smartphone. Participants with craniovertebral angle less than 50 degrees. Participants willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of trauma or previous spinal surgery. Participants diagnosed with cervical radiculopathy. Participants diagnosed with cervical myelopathy. Participants with torticollis. Participants with neurological disorders such as epilepsy. Participants with congenital or structural spinal deformities such as scoliosis or kyphosis. Participants with any diagnosed inflammatory disorder or spinal infection. Participants with malignancy. Participants currently receiving physiotherapy or any other intervention for neck pain. Participants with a history of vestibular disorders. Participants diagnosed with disc prolapse, spinal stenosis, disc herniation, spondylolisthesis, or osteoporosis.
