Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged 20â??40 year with subclinical neck pain with sedentary lifestyle with mild neck disability index score No recent trauma or major spine issue Â

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cervical disc prolapse Diagnosed cervical spondylosis Any recent surgery infections or deformities of the cervical spine Pregnant women Subjects engaged in regular yogic practices
