Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Educational Leaders (for qualitative interviews): - Currently holding a leadership role in academics (e.g., Program Heads, Deans, Senior Faculty, Curriculum Coordinators). - Middle or higher-level academic leaders with at least one year of leadership experience. 2. Postgraduate Health Science Students (for module evaluation): - Postgraduate health science students enrolled in the institution. - Students who are able to attend the scheduled face-to-face sessions during the 6-week leadership development program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Educational Leaders: - Those not willing to provide informed consent. - Leaders unavailable during the data collection period. 2. Postgraduate Health Science Students: - Students who have previously attended a formal leadership development program. - Students unable or unwilling to provide informed consent.
