Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18-30 years. 2. Willingness to take part in the research 3. Both male and female are included. 4. Recreational athletes reporting no musculoskeletal injury from the last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin Allergy 2. Wound and scar at lower limb 3. Recent fracture 4. Non-cooperative patients 5. Non-willingness 6. Pregnancy
