Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients willing for trial 2.Age group 12-35 years 3.Patients having regular menstrual cycle (21-35 days) 4.Patients with H/O using any type of analgesics during menses 5.Patients having lakshana of Udavartini Yonivyaoad and symptoms of primary Dysmenorrhoea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with irregular menstrual cycle 2.Patients using OCP and IUCD 3.Patients with pelvic pathology like endometriosis, adenomyosis,PID,Fibroid etc 4.Patients having abnormal uterine bleeding 5.Patients having positive HIV,HBsAg and HCV 6.Chronic systemic illness
