Inclusion criteria: 1.Amateur athletes participating in organized sports 2.Age 18-25 years 3.Both males and females

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Current lower limb injury or musculoskeletal pain 2.History of lower limb surgery within the past 6 months 3.Neurological impairment 4.Recent acute knee trauma
