Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| To determine the sevoflurane consumption patterns at different speeds of the AGC verses non AGC to achieve MAC Brain Evaluate time to achieve MAC Brain 0.9 at AGC (4, 6, 8) vs non AGC (Control) speeds Compare haemodynamic (HR, MAP) responses across groups Timepoint: Heart rate and mean arterial pressure will be noted at baseline and every minute after intubation till the time the target sevoflurane is achieved Sevoflurane consumption will be calculated at the end of surgery | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| Assessing time to awakening To calculate the cost of the consumed sevoflurane & to determine the carbon footprint of sevoflurane Timepoint: At the end of surgery | — |
