Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are ready to sign informed consent form. 2. All the patients with at least 5 sign and symptoms of Amlapitta as stated inGranthas. 1.Chhardi (vomiting) 2.Avipaka (indigestion) 3.Hrutkanthdah (heartburn) 4.Utklesha (nausea) 5.Tikta Amla Udgara (acid eruption. belching) 6.Gurukoshthatwa (heaviness in abdomen) 7. Aruchi (anorexia) 8. Shirorujah (Headache) 3. Age group 18 - 60 years of age(either male or female)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient having known case of gastric ulcer, duodenal ulcer, Stomach cancer. 2. Patient with severe systemic disorder Hypertension (HTN), Chronic KidneyDisease (CKD), and Tuberculosis (TB) . 3. Lactating and pregnant woman. 4. Patients with history of HIV. 5. Patient with history of hiatus hernia , achalsia cardia 6. Known case of endocrine disorder diabetes mellitus, thyroid disorder.
