Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Presence of insufficient keratinized mucosa at implant sites Healed implant sites indicated for soft-tissue augmentation Patients aged 25-65 years Systemically healthy individuals Patients willing to participate and comply with follow-up visits
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled systemic diseases (e.g., uncontrolled diabetes, immunocompromised conditions) Smokers or tobacco users Pregnant or lactating women Patients with active periodontal or peri-implant infection History of radiation therapy in the head and neck region Poor oral hygiene or non-compliant patients Patients on medications affecting wound healing (e.g., long-term steroids, bisphosphonates)
