Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between twenty and forty years. Patients having classical signs and symptoms of Vatarakta such as Ruja Daha Shotha Sparsha Asahatva and Kandu. Patients having serum uric acid level more than seven milligram per decilitre. Patients willing to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients suffering from severe systemic illness such as tuberculosis malignancy HIV cardiac disease or neurological disorders. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients having severe rheumatoid arthritis osteoarthritis or osteoporosis. Patients having autoimmune disorders. Patients not willing to participate in the study

Reduction in signs and symptoms of Vatarakta such as Ruja Daha Shotha Sparsha Asahatva and Kandu along with reduction in serum uric acid level.Timepoint: Baseline Day 0 Day 3 Day 7 and Day 14

Improvement in overall clinical assessment score and reduction in serum uric acid level after completion of treatment.Timepoint: Day 14
