Intervention1: Plaque disclosing agent: Novel pomegranate plaque disclosing agent Intervention2: Disclosing agent: Novel pomegranate plaque disclosing agent. It will be given at baseline till 30 days.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals aged 18-25 years (or your chosen age group). Systemically healthy individuals. Presence of minimum 20 natural teeth. Participants willing to provide written informed consent. Participants not having undergone professional oral prophylaxis in the last 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with known allergies to herbal extracts or conventional disclosing agents. Individuals undergoing orthodontic treatment. Presence of extensive prosthesis or full mouth crowns affecting plaque scoring. Individuals using antimicrobial mouthwashes (e.g., chlorhexidine) in the past 2 weeks. Individuals on antibiotics in the past 1 month. Individuals with severe gingival or periodontal disease requiring immediate treatment.
