Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: t with preoperative VAS score more than 5 Pt aged 20-40 years who are systemically healthy Pt diagnosed with apical periodontitis needing endodontic therapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of allergy to LA and any other drug used in the study Pts who are medically compromised Pts who have taken analgesics or steroids 24 hrs before reporting. Retreatment cases, Calcified canals, Vertical Root fracture
