Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients presenting with symptoms of Karnanada irrespective of sex, occupation, religious & social status. 2.Patients in the age group of 18 to 60 years with intact tympanic membrane. 3.Patients with score of 1-18 in Tinnitus Severity Index Questionnaire will be included in the study. 4. Patients suitable for karnapoorana.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Tinnitus associated with hearing loss 2.Congenital deformities like blockage due to stenosis of External auditory canal congenital atresia etc. 3. Tinnitus due to systemic disorders 4.Tinnitus due to aneurysm of carotid artery palatal myoclonus tumour of auditory nerve Vertigo. Menieres disease 5.Pregnant and lactating women 6.Patient with perforated tympanic membrane
