Intervention1: ARM ONE AN EXPERIMENTAL GROUP NURSING INTERVENTION BASED ON ROYS ADAPTATION MODEL: In arm one a pretest and posttest were conducted. Intervention was given for one month in 8 sessions.

Inclusion criteria: 1 Newly admitted child 2 Residing in selected residential schools 3 Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Not willing to participate in study 2 Children with diagnosed psychological disorders 3 Children undergoing any other therapeutic intervention
