Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of Low Anal Fistula
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Known cases of colorectal carcinoma, Crohns disease, ulcerative colitis, and tuberculosis. Known cases of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, uncontrolled hypertension, HIV, hepatitis B, and venereal diseases.
