Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male Casting Workers Aged 20-50 Years. 2.Minimum Working Experience Of 2-3 Years 3.Working For 6-8 Hours A Day In Manufacturing Factory. 4.Experiencing Self-Reported Hand Fatigue During Work.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Recent Hand /Wrist Injuries Or Fractures 2 Diagnosed Peripheral Neuropathy Or Systemic Neuromuscular Conditions
