Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female 2. Age 18 to 40 3. Acute and chronic condition 4. Student with Sports activity 5. Patient with Gastronemius trigger point 6. Patient with history of pain in calf 7. Willingness to participate in all treatment sessions and follow-up assessments 8. Patient with Silverskoild test positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Needle phobia 2. Recent injuries or trauma or surgery to the lower limb 3. Patient with neurological condition 4. Patient with cardiac condition 5. Vascular disease (e.g. DVT) 6. Active infection or skin disease/allergy in the treatment area
