Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study Setting A) Study Area The study will be carried out at the Advanced Trauma Centre, Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care, PGIMER, Chandigarh. B) Study Population The study population will consist of adult polytrauma patients presenting with extremity vascular injuries requiring surgical repair, who meet the defined eligibility criteria and receive either total intravenous anaesthesia (TIVA) or titrated inhalational anaesthesia (TIA) during the procedure. All consecutive eligible patients admitted over the one-year study period will be included Inclusion Criteria Patients of age 18 65 years with polytrauma, requiring emergency/urgent extremity vascular repair, receiving TIVA or TIA as the primary anaesthetic technique Patients giving consent to participate in the study Patients who have been cleared for surgery after neurosurgery re
