Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students engaging regular screen time and physical activity and those willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological and psychiatric conditions, sedentary lifestyle, obesity, any musculoskeletal conditions that affect response time
