Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 2. Currently employed in the same industry for at least six months. 3. Self-reported symptoms of occupational burnout or moderate to high perceived stress (based on validated scales like PSS-10). 4. Ability to perform physical activities, including yoga practices, without medical restrictions. 5. Willingness to participate in an eight-week yoga intervention program and provide informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous or ongoing participation in yoga or mindfulness-based programs. 2. Diagnosed psychiatric disorders, severe mental health conditions, or neurological disorders. 3. History of musculoskeletal injuries happened 7-14 days before the commencement of the study or conditions that limit physical activity. 4. Any chronic illnesses or conditions requiring ongoing medical treatment that could interfere with the study (e.g., cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled diabetes). 5. Recent surgery or hospitalization within the last six months. 6. Shift workers or individuals unable to attend the scheduled yoga sessions due to irregular work hours.
